About the Role

• Perform general site clean‑up • Dig footings using hand tools • Load and unload construction materials • Strip concrete forms • Operate power tools (vibrators, compactors, jackhammers, chipping guns) • Prepare sites: dig trenches, set braces, remove rubble and debris • Assist craft workers when required • Climb and balance on steel/wood structures, ladders, scaffolds • Operate hand and power tools safely with training • Perform prolonged bending, twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, overhead reaching, squatting, pushing/pulling, standing • Work in confined spaces and adverse weather (heat, cold, rain) • Use respirator when required • Maintain focus amid distractions and varying work tempos • Make decisions and pay attention to detail

Work will be performed in plant operations or construction jobsite settings. The position demands significant physical strength, coordination, and endurance, as well as effective communication and attention to detail to succeed in a construction environment. • Lift/carry up to 50 lb regularly, up to 100 lb occasionally • Use hands/arms/legs repetitively with good hand‑eye coordination • Navigate uneven, muddy, rocky, or sandy surfaces • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team
