About the Role
The role involves supervising a team of Trade Operatives on site, ensuring all activities are performed safely and in line with Clarion policies and health‑and‑safety requirements. You will provide guidance on best practice, monitor performance against defined objectives and standards, and embed a customer‑focused approach throughout the service. • Lead and manage a high‑performing front‑line repairs team. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Clarion policies. • Supervise trade operatives, providing guidance and performance coaching. • Allocate and coordinate repair and maintenance jobs within set timeframes. • Conduct performance management and staff development. • Travel across the North London region as required. • Complete a role‑related questionnaire during the application process.

What You Bring
You will coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs across the relevant trade(s), meeting defined timeframes and quality standards. Demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management is essential, as is the ability to travel across the region as needed. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and obtain a Basic Criminal Record Check.
