IT ERP Product Analyst III

About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading daily operations and support for Oracle Cloud Global Trade Management (GTM) and Transportation Management systems. The role engages with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions, while collaborating with cross‑functional IT teams, including Oracle and SAP, to maintain seamless ERP integration. Technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL is applied to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality, and clear communication is facilitated between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of capabilities and requirements. The incumbent leads CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts and reports outcomes to leadership, analyzes data to provide insights for data‑driven decisions, and supports TMS and GTM upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. • Oversee Oracle Cloud GTM and TMS daily operations. • Translate global user requirements into effective solutions. • Coordinate ERP integration with Oracle and SAP teams. • Apply SQL/PLSQL for system troubleshooting and performance tuning. • Drive CRP, SIT, and UAT testing phases and communicate results to leadership. • Deliver data‑driven insights to business and IT stakeholders. • Supervise TMS/GTMS upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments. • Leverage SAP expertise across SD, PP, MM and multiple implementation projects.

What You Bring

Professional experience required includes over 10 years in IT ERP implementation or related roles, with at least 5 years leading CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM, and familiarity with SAP functions (SD, PP, MM) and multiple SAP implementations. Experience integrating GTM with various ERP platforms, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster teamwork in a fast‑paced project environment are also essential. • Bring 10+ years ERP implementation experience and 5+ years leading testing cycles. • Demonstrate expert-level SQL/PLSQL and deep Oracle Cloud GTM knowledge. • Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and fast‑paced project management skills.
