About the Role
As a Project Quality Leader & Design for Safety, Robustness & Reliability (DfSR) Practitioner, you will ensure that Offer quality is built‑in to satisfy future customers and lead Design for Reliability and Robustness practices across multiple products and epics. Your mission is to guarantee that products and solutions meet required quality standards and are safe, robust, and reliable by design through disciplined application of proven methodologies, tools, and data‑driven decision‑making throughout the product lifecycle. • Define and execute quality standards using Design for Reliability and Robustness processes across products • Integrate safety, robustness, and reliability principles early in product design • Manage quality risks with structured assessment and mitigation plans • Coach squads on quality best practices, DfSR plans, and outcome reporting • Train and mentor design engineers in quality methodologies and tools • Provide data‑driven quality insights to influence decisions • Align engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supply‑chain stakeholders for integrated quality delivery • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement in quality • Apply Design for Reliability / Six Sigma methodologies • Conduct risk‑based design using P‑diagram and FMEA • Identify realistic failure modes through application and customer use knowledge • Lead without authority and mobilize cross‑functional teams

What You Bring
• Employ a process mindset with strong analytical thinking • Work in Agile or iterative development environments • Communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures • Use ReliaSoft reliability analysis tools (preferred) • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering • Possess advanced studies or specialization in Reliability Engineering (advantage) • Hold Design for Six Sigma certification (CSSGB or CSSBB) (preferred) • Hold Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification (preferred)
