You will complete testing documentation, record appliance details and electrical readings, and capture clear before‑and‑after photographs of each item using a PDA. Any failed items must be reported promptly to the Facilities Supervisor, and appliances are not to be removed as replacements are arranged separately. The role is primarily lone working, with occasional two‑person visits. • Test up to 10 tenanted properties daily, checking appliances such as fridges, kettles, microwaves, irons, hoovers, and washing machines. • Record test results, take before/after photos, and upload data via PDA. • Report any failed appliances promptly to the Facilities Supervisor; do not remove appliances.
