About the Role

The Site Safety Coordinator promotes and enforces jobsite safety while supporting daily field operations. Working closely with field leadership, the coordinator plans, coordinates, and communicates safety requirements and serves as the primary safety point of contact on assigned projects. Key responsibilities include promoting and enforcing company and site‑specific safety programs, conducting safety orientations, audits, and inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal standards. What You Bring

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, local to the Houston area, and possess at least two years of safety or construction‑related experience. Required credentials include OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical.
