About the Role
Mortenson is seeking a Laborer who will assist with material handling, equipment assembly and dismantling, preparation of work areas, and cleaning of machines and workspaces. The duties and responsibilities listed are not comprehensive and may change without notice. • Load and unload equipment • Supply materials and tools to other crafts • Clean work area, machines, and equipment • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging; level ground for scaffolding • Handle motor and grout tasks, including lifting, moving, and shoveling • Perform general cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, washing, and disposal • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete; vibrate concrete • Build relationships with diverse coworkers and follow assigned duties • Operate hand and power tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements

What You Bring
