About the Role
The role provides high‑level administrative and technical support to the Sales Support Supervisor. Duties include preparing reports, compiling statistics and other data using spreadsheets and tables, and handling general clerical responsibilities. Key responsibilities involve taking incoming calls, providing information or transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, and ensuring computer entries are current. The incumbent will review and track sales staff inquiries, complaints, and improvement ideas, interface with sales staff on support needs, and compile statistical data on sales status. • Provide high‑level administrative and technical support to the Sales Support Supervisor. • Prepare reports and compile statistical data using spreadsheets and tables. • Answer incoming calls, relay information, and route calls to appropriate staff. • Maintain up‑to‑date computer entries and track sales staff inquiries, complaints, and improvement ideas. • Interface with sales staff to address support needs and compile sales status data. • Refer complex issues to supervisor and exercise judgment under defined policies.

What You Bring
The work environment is a comfortable indoor area with infrequent unpleasant conditions. Employees spend frequent periods standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move, and may occasionally need to stoop or lift light material (typically less than 8 lb). No travel is required. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, and specialized skills training or certification may be required. Generally, 2–5 years of experience in a related area is expected. • Work in a comfortable indoor setting with minimal physical demands (standing, occasional lifting <8 lb). • Required: HS diploma or GED; 2–5 years relevant experience; possible specialized training or certification.
