About the Role
As a Planner/Administrator you will support the stable and profitable Redbridge council social‑housing contract, delivering excellent service through close collaboration with local teams and sub‑contractors. You will handle admin duties, work‑in‑progress management, respond to calls and emails, raise variation requests and plan works with the supply‑chain sub‑contractors, ensuring any follow‑on work such as snagging or additional tasks is scheduled. Daily responsibilities include answering client and internal calls and emails, planning sub‑contractor work, performing compliance checks, maintaining the internal MCM system and updating the Disrepair & Void tracker.
