What You Bring

Dillon is seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist/Engineer to join its Contaminant Remediation Group in Vancouver. The role calls for strong technical expertise, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. • Hold a degree in civil/environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental science (master’s preferred). • Be licensed as a professional engineer or geoscientist, or eligible for licensure within six months. • Bring at least 15 years of relevant experience and proven project management expertise. • Maintain a valid driver’s licence. • Demonstrate success in developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. • Expertise in groundwater evaluation, phased site assessments, contaminant fate and transport, remedial options analysis, remedial action plan development, cost estimating, tender packages, and compliance monitoring plans. • Track record of successfully managing environmental projects and mentoring staff. • Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation, codes, and standards. • Strong report writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
