About the Role

As a Field Specialist III you will play a key role in fluid management and rig‑site operations, providing technical analysis, supervising fluid mixing and pumping, and ensuring fluid properties meet operational goals. You will be the onsite expert, supporting customers and internal teams with timely updates and practical solutions. • Manage fluid properties at customer well sites through accurate testing and analysis. • Supervise fluid mixing and pumping operations, ensuring compliance with technical standards. • Provide rig‑site updates and solutions to customers and coordinators. • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of required materials at the rig site. • Support sales efforts by making field‑level calls or accompanying Sales Representatives. • Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values.
