About the Role
We are seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer I to join our Los Angeles, CA team. In this role you will represent the firm in all client, contractor, architect, and project team interactions while supervising, coordinating, and assigning engineering projects. • Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff while assigning project tasks. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and overall staff management. • Prepare proposals, administer contracts, and manage project invoicing and accounts receivable. • Oversee construction administration duties such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring. • Contribute to firmwide Expert Teams committee and produce analysis of system options.

What You Bring
• Hold a current PE license and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP experience, with healthcare design experience preferred. • At least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Proficient in hands‑on design and CAD/Revit.
