About the Role

What You Bring

You should hold a degree or equivalent (an MBA is a plus), demonstrate broad business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, a customer‑focused mindset and a drive for results. You must be able to anticipate client needs, influence stakeholders at all levels, and possess knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry. International experience, cultural awareness and willingness to travel are essential, and Mandarin fluency is an advantage. A proven record of meeting sales targets or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
