About the Role
The Club Manager position for Brightstone in Mumbai will serve as the front‑liner at the site, anticipating guest needs and resolving customer concerns while maintaining service standards. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the podium level, which includes horticulture, indoor and outdoor amenities, and various recreational facilities. You will report to the Property Manager and work alongside a site team that may include a Property Manager and two additional staff members. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and follows a 40‑hour weekly schedule. • Oversee maintenance of the podium level, including horticulture and greenery • Maintain indoor and outdoor amenities and ensure efficient operation • Supervise gym equipment upkeep and enforce daily rules • Manage swimming pool and plant room maintenance, enforcing pool regulations • Coordinate amenities rules with BR management and resident committee • Operate banquet, party areas, mini‑theatre and AV room according to standards • Levy penalties for property damage and track revenue weekly • Prevent misbehavior and malicious practices at the podium • Lead the clubhouse team, maintaining grooming and hospitality etiquette • Make decisive decisions in residents’ welfare when required • Organize occasional festivals and get‑together events for resident interaction

What You Bring
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional who pays close attention to detail, solves problems logically, and can handle complaints, settle disputes and negotiate effectively. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and basic proficiency with computers and MS Office are essential. • Hospitality education (preferred) with 2‑3 years experience or 4‑5 years in client‑facing roles • Excellent communication, clear speech, fluency in English • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays • Basic computer, mobile app and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
