Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Lead ISO9001 quality management for a major Dublin metro project.

About the Role
The role sits within the HSSEQ team, reporting to the project quality lead, and is expected to lead by example as a role model for the highest standards. The Quality Advisor will assist the quality lead, provide expert technical advice, ensure compliance with ISO‑9001, project policies, statutory and contractual requirements, and drive a world‑class quality management system across all project activities. • Manage end‑to‑end project quality and embed quality requirements into supply‑chain contracts. • Support development and implementation of ISO‑9001‑aligned quality policies and management systems. • Conduct audits, resolve issues, facilitate learning and drive quality forums with consistent communication. • Develop tools, training, and reporting frameworks to monitor compliance with project quality standards. • Provide expert advice, assurance and due‑diligence to ensure statutory, legal and contractual compliance. • Focus on client outcomes, owning quality and building long‑term relationships. • Create opportunities for continuous improvement and development of people.
