About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will troubleshoot a variety of service issues, provide prompt repairs, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents while maintaining interior and exterior areas in line with company standards and regulations. • Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. • Maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.

What You Bring
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Hold an active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Live within a 30‑minute commute of the property. • Possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred). • Have a high school diploma or GED. • Possess at least one year of related experience or an equivalent education‑experience combination.
