About the Role

The role’s job summary: safely operate a forklift in construction or warehouse settings, conducting preventative maintenance and pre‑shift inspections to ensure safe equipment operation. • Maintain positive working relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality, safe, and productive work. • Ensure all materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for tasks. • Identify and implement improvements in methods and share knowledge with others. • Inspect subordinates’ work for accuracy, compliance, and take corrective action as needed. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, unnecessary transport, storage and time. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; use trade tools effectively. • Follow all safety standards and procedures; operate in safety‑sensitive environments. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement programs. • Take advantage of educational assistance, employee‑owner perks, and Sundt Foundation charitable program.

What You Bring

Physical demands include up to 12‑hour shifts, climbing ladders or scaffolds, lifting up to 50 lb, frequent use of hands, wearing required PPE, and working in varying temperatures and confined spaces. • Perform high‑proficiency preventative maintenance on equipment. • Possess ≥3 years (Level I) up to ≥6 years (Level III) experience in industrial/commercial construction and heavy equipment operation. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts, climb ladders/scaffolds, lift/push/pull up to 50 lb, and wear required PPE.
