Senior Maintenance Manager

About the Role

The manager will provide leadership, direction, and coordination for all maintenance and facility support activities, including safety‑first program leadership, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy implementation, budget preparation, and cost control. They will hold profit and loss responsibility, ensure quality control, develop maintenance processes, and manage all administrative functions for the account. The position requires overseeing both salaried and hourly personnel, making sound business judgments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company and customer policies.
