About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance tasks across various trades such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. The technician will report to the Facilities Supervisor and will be responsible for plumbing, electrical, access control, and HVAC maintenance, as well as any additional duties assigned. • Perform routine building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems. • Conduct plumbing, electrical, access control, and HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance. • Anticipate and address potential facility issues before they arise. • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor. • Work full‑time, non‑exempt, Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑3 pm shift.
