About the Role

Responsibilities include assisting engineers with repairs, performing general maintenance such as carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting, completing work orders in the CMMS, maintaining accurate service records, and keeping tools and supplies organized and safe. The technician also participates in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training and may support on‑call or emergency situations. • Assist engineering team with maintenance and repairs of building systems (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting) • Complete work orders in CMMS and maintain accurate service documentation • Keep tools, parts, equipment, and supplies clean and safely organized • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs • Support on‑call or emergency response situations as needed

What You Bring

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry, and preferably a background in trade school, union training, military service, or college. Physical abilities required are lifting up to 50 lb, using ladders up to 30 ft, and frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and driving, along with strong customer‑service skills. The position does not provide visa sponsorship and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States.
