About the Role
The Dispatcher oversees daily coordination and distribution of work to technicians, acting as a key liaison between dispatchers, Service Managers, and technicians. This role ensures efficient service delivery, maintains customer satisfaction, and drives adherence to service standards while optimizing resource allocation. • Evaluate and prioritize service requests based on urgency, impact, SLA, and resources • Direct service calls to technicians, balancing skills, workloads, locations, and availability • Collaborate with Service Managers and dispatch team to resolve escalations and align resources • Ensure compliance with SLAs and proactively address potential delays • Serve as escalation point for complex or high‑priority issues, providing timely solutions • Generate and review performance reports, identifying improvement opportunities • Conduct regular reviews of incomplete service calls and ensure timely follow‑up • Maintain on‑call schedules and verify coverage for all service areas • Support scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance tasks with Service Managers • Mentor and train dispatch team members on best practices and policies • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an associate degree or technical certification and refrigeration expertise. Applicants should have 3–5 years of dispatch or technical service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and proficiency with standard business tools.
