It involves workforce planning, data‑driven decision making, and maintaining accurate recruitment records, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and equal‑opportunity standards. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India. • Guide hiring managers on role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. • Partner with national and global leaders on workforce planning using data insights. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and produce regular management reports. • Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs. • Ensure compliance with data protection, employment law, and equal‑opportunity policies. • Apply a creative, brand‑building approach to develop robust hiring strategies. • Utilise a data‑driven mindset to present insights and support hiring decisions.
