About the Role

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable while checking them in and out, handling requests, and maintaining accurate reservation records. You will use the computerized reservation system to manage unit availability, assist with reservations or changes, generate invoices, collect payments, maintain safety deposit boxes, and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance work orders. Additionally, you will prepare and restock front‑desk supplies, provide information on local attractions and resort amenities, and type correspondence and reports for management.

What You Bring

• Proficient English language and interpersonal communication • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience • Front Desk/Guest Services Agent experience (advantageous) • Cash and credit card transaction handling (advantageous) • Resort hospitality or related industry experience (advantageous)
