What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IBMS equipment and systems used in buildings, ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, security, fire safety, and other automation systems. Required qualifications consist of a degree in Electrical & Telecom (E&TC) or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field, with additional IBMS or building automation certifications considered a plus. Candidates should have at least 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of IBMS systems, covering HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, access control, and similar technologies. • Hold a degree in Electrical & Telecom or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field); certifications in IBMS are a plus. • Possess 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with IBMS installation, maintenance, and support.
