About the Role
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models adhering to industry standards. • Integrate BIM processes into project workflows and enhance efficiency. • Create and manage BIM content libraries, families, templates, and standards. • Perform clash detection and coordinate with disciplines to resolve conflicts. • Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models. • Provide BIM software technical support and training to team members. • Implement and uphold BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures. • Contribute to BIM execution plans and attend project meetings. • Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends. • Assist in preparing BIM-related proposals and client presentations.

What You Bring
We are seeking a talented and innovative BIM Specialist to join our team in Chennai, India. The role involves developing and implementing BIM strategies, ensuring efficient and accurate 3D modeling, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize project outcomes. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. • Minimum 3 years BIM modeling and coordination experience. • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Bentley OpenRoads/OpenRail desirable. • Basic knowledge of Bentley MicroStation. • Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. • Excellent 3D modeling, visualization, and CAD/BIM standards interpretation. • Experience with linear infrastructure projects (railway, road) a plus. • Knowledge of clash detection, coordination processes, and BIM execution plans. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
