About the Role
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partner agencies, including IC partners, academic institutions, commercial vendors, and foreign mission partners. • Develop and revise curricula for the Program of Instruction, incorporating innovative learning solutions and industry best practices. • Research, recommend, and implement new training, educational, and multimedia technologies while staying current on advancements. • Analyze capabilities and limitations of current and emerging PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies. • Maintain and update OSINT training records, provide metrics to stakeholders, and revise online course information based on user and instructor feedback. • Coordinate use of the DIA OSINT Toolkit during training events and exercises to provide hands‑on experience. • Plan, prepare, and administer Train‑the‑Trainer (T3) events in alignment with project sponsor directives. • Establish and manage a knowledge‑sharing system to capture lessons learned, best practices, and training materials. • Design and deliver technical product training programs, including repeatable, customized, and new product modules. • Create lesson plans, training materials, product demonstrations, course content, and training aids. • Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities. • Build effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders such as government agencies, academic institutions, commercial vendors, and international partners. • Apply a strong understanding of OSINT principles, methodologies, tools, and policy in training scenarios.

What You Bring
• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and meet the security clearance requirement for the position. • Possess a bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits
