Assistant Project Manager - Saudi National

About the Role

• Assist the project team in delivering objectives according to the Project Plan. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and wellbeing standards throughout the project. • Manage and monitor quality systems in line with Service Excellence. • Record and distribute meeting minutes and analysis, including site walk observations. • Collaborate with stakeholders on risk management and mitigation. • Track and formalise project changes within agreed timeframes. • Prepare handover documentation before practical completion. • Conduct required research and information gathering. • Update and maintain project plans, processes and procedures under direction. • Utilise the Centre of Excellence knowledge base, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub for best practices. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions during delivery. • Prioritise safety, ensuring a safe, diverse and inclusive work environment. • Deliver quality outcomes and maintain strong client relationships. • Foster continuous improvement and create opportunities for personal and team development.
