About the Role

Responsibilities include aligning daily activities with corporate strategies, optimizing resource use, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through effective process and performance management. • Lead safety initiatives through meetings, job briefs, audits, investigations, and on‑site observations. • Evaluate team performance using efficiency, reliability, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions and process improvements. • Directly manage crew productivity, ensure proper staffing, and remove operational barriers. • Recruit, train, coach, and assess staff; handle performance management and employee engagement. • Represent the organization in bargaining unit discussions, grievances, and corrective actions. • Build and sustain internal and external relationships to support operations and stakeholder satisfaction. • Ensure work complies with Xcel Energy policies, labor agreements, and regulatory standards; track compliance documentation.

The role requires flexibility for periodic swing (evening) shifts and occasional weekend hours.
