About the Role
The company is hiring a Senior CQV Scheduler to lead the scheduling function for large‑scale life‑science construction programmes. The role involves integrating commissioning, qualification and validation activities into the overall master schedule, collaborating with engineering, construction and quality teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will use Primavera P6 or MS Project, support resource planning across multiple projects, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. • Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programmes. • Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations. • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. • Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling. • Consolidate contractors' schedules into the IMS. • Assess impacts on the critical path and near‑critical activities and report to the project team. • Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions. • Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress. • Review schedules with project team members regularly to ensure accurate, timely data. • Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis periodically. • Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance. • Assure the credibility of information contained in the schedule. • Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Develop and manage detailed CQV schedules for complex life‑science construction projects, aligning with milestones and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with engineering, construction and quality teams to integrate CQV activities into overall timelines. • Monitor CQV task progress, identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies. • Utilize Primavera P6 or MS Project to create and maintain accurate schedules and reports. • Support resource planning and allocation for CQV activities across multiple concurrent projects. • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards throughout the CQV lifecycle. • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key risks, dependencies and progress metrics.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • Minimum 5‑7 years of applicable experience. • Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment. • Expertise using Primavera P6. • Excellent communication skills.
