About the Role
The role plans, schedules, coordinates, and evaluates training programs and services for Sundt. It assists in managing departmental programs, developing instructional materials, and maintaining online training courses. The incumbent supports employees, managers, and departments in planning training and development, trains and supports employee instructors, and may teach selected classes. • Conduct and support R&D for talent development initiatives aligned with company strategy and core competencies. • Design, develop, or select instructional materials and resources, including PowerPoint, online courses, video platforms, using various authoring tools. • Ensure training records comply with program management, company, client, and government reporting requirements. • Provide consulting to employees, managers, and departments on training and development issues. • Teach selected classes via live or remote (webinar) delivery. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the entire shift.

What You Bring
• Travel to all Sundt projects and offices as needed (50%+ travel). • 3-5 years combined education and training experience in the construction industry. • College degree in construction, business, or education. • Excellent verbal and written communication, plus program/project management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Teaching or training experience highly desirable. • Frequent interaction with people and technology during shift. • Frequent use of telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices to communicate.
