About the Role
As a Marketing Representative In‑House you will receive pre‑arrival allocations for Hilton Grand Vacations Club members, RCI exchangers, renters, and marketing leads, then call these guests before they arrive to offer services and invite eligible arrivals to a qualified timeshare sales presentation. You will provide professional customer service to all guests, conduct in‑room calls after check‑in to book owners, renters, and exchangers for presentations, and follow up throughout their stay. Your duties include championing Hilton’s quality customer care across marketing channels, managing personal workload and reports, distributing authorized HGV information, maintaining operating standards, following gifting procedures, supporting concierge services, assisting with tour and marketing issues, confirming appointments to improve show rates, and fostering a collaborative team environment. • Receive pre‑arrival allocations and contact assigned leads before arrival. • Invite eligible guests to qualified timeshare sales presentations. • Conduct in‑room calls post‑check‑in to book owners, renters, and exchangers for presentations. • Provide ongoing customer service and follow‑up throughout the stay. • Champion Hilton’s quality customer care across all marketing channels. • Manage personal workload, update reports, and maintain operating standards. • Distribute authorized HGV information, collateral, and materials. • Follow gifting procedures and support concierge services. • Assist with tour and marketing issues, communicating guest needs to resort operations. • Confirm appointment reservations to improve show rates. • Ensure delivery of marketing initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment. • Fulfill reasonable management requests.

What You Bring
