About the Role

What You Bring

WSP is seeking a BIM Modeler to join the dynamic Structural Modeling team in Toronto or Thornhill. This role offers the chance to work on innovative, smart design of multiple building types within the Structural Group as the future of building design evolves. • 3–6 years of experience with Revit and MicroStation. • Experience in construction or consulting services. • Strong practical knowledge of building information modeling (BIM). • Extensive Revit modeling experience for medium to large structural engineering firms. • Deep understanding of Revit families, templates, and Dynamo scripting. • Ability to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. • Knowledge of BIM interoperability with design tools. • Creative problem‑solving skills. • Customer‑service orientation and teamwork. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills. • Self‑motivated work ethic with timely follow‑up. • Organized, methodical approach to resolving challenges.
