What You Bring
Morgan Properties is seeking a hard‑working, customer‑service‑oriented individual with apartment maintenance experience to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will troubleshoot a variety of service issues—including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—while ensuring both interior and exterior property standards and legal requirements are met. You will respond to maintenance tickets, communicate status updates with residents and office staff, and participate in an on‑call rotation that may require night and weekend work.
