About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Responsibilities include handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic repairs, executing the make‑ready process, and ensuring that all work aligns with the property’s operational objectives. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and assist with unit make‑ready processes. • Conduct swimming pool maintenance, chemical logging, and daily inspections of grounds and property to identify hazards. • Maintain the preventative maintenance program and ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, OSHA, and EPA standards. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, manage inventory of tools and supplies, and uphold safety and hazard‑communication protocols. • Provide excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and participate in on‑call emergency support.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
