About the Role
The Account Executive reports to the Vice President of US Sales and is tasked with managing and expanding a portfolio of multi‑family rental clients. The role blends relationship management, sales performance and client satisfaction to achieve net‑promoter‑score (NPS) and revenue targets, requiring a client‑centric mindset and proven ability to grow relationships in a competitive market. • Serve as primary contact for assigned client portfolio, understanding and addressing needs across the organization. • Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews and site visits to ensure satisfaction, retain clients and uncover growth opportunities. • Document all client interactions in the CRM system. • Partner with VP of US Sales to meet and exceed sales targets by closing new deals, onboarding buildings and cross‑selling services. • Develop client‑specific growth strategies with account, operations and field teams. • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance and keep accurate records. • Spend time in the field reviewing active projects to identify issues before clients do. • Manage the client experience to drive positive NPS outcomes and define communication tactics. • Collaborate with business operations, client service and field teams to resolve concerns swiftly. • Provide client insights to inform operational improvements and present performance updates to executive leadership. • Meet or exceed sales and client‑satisfaction targets consistently.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least five years of proven success in client portfolio management or sales within property‑management, construction or real‑estate sectors, strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and satisfaction goals. The position requires proficiency with CRM tools, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation, and willingness to travel 40‑60 % across DE, MD and VA. • Possess 5+ years of portfolio management or sales experience in property‑management, construction or real‑estate. • Demonstrate persistence, strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities. • Knowledge of multi‑family rental or renovation industry is a plus. • Proficient with CRM and sales‑tracking software; excellent communication, financial and problem‑solving skills. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; willing to travel 40‑60 % within DE, MD and VA.
