What You Bring

The Carpenter Foreman I provides direction and supervision to an assigned crew, determining when to delegate tasks or perform the work personally. The role requires full competence in construction, erecting, stripping, and repairing steel, wood, or plywood structures using hand and power tools in accordance with construction documents. Depending on staffing and circumstances, the foreman may also serve as backup supervision on site. • Set slab‑on‑grade forms • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of related experience • Pass a background check • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
