About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and keeping customers current with payments through reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk outdoors up to 50% of the shift • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior curb appeal

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities and spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
