About the Role

The Corporate Benefits Coordinator ensures the efficient operation of employee benefits programs in the United States, handling a range of administrative duties and supporting wellness initiatives. The role demands strong initiative, the ability to multitask, and independent work with minimal supervision. Employees are required to work on‑site at a Turner & Townsend office two to three days each week. • Partner with the Benefits Manager and HR Business Partners to administer U.S. employee benefits. • Manage employee wellness initiatives, including the wellness calendar and related activities. • Coordinate webinars and wellness events with external vendors and providers. • Assist new hires with benefit enrollment and respond to employee benefit inquiries. • Reconcile benefit invoices as required by accounting. • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of benefit enrollments. • Maintain benefits information on the intranet, including plans, SPD, and SBC documents. • Update and manage changes to benefits summary documents. • Administer COBRA coordination through the third‑party administrator. • Identify and implement improvements to internal benefits processes. • Support the annual enrollment rollout with communications, training, and administrative assistance. • Maintain relationships with brokers to stay informed on plan rules and guidance. • Monitor employee leaves of absence with the third‑party provider and communicate status across departments. • Resolve employee issues by liaising with insurance providers. • Oversee updates and issue resolution within the benefits portal. • Monitor the benefits inbox and handle inquiries promptly. • Perform SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred). • Minimum of 3 years’ benefits management experience; corporate environment experience preferred. • Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating within a team. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience is a plus. • Demonstrated contributions to process improvement initiatives. • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
