About the Role
The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and support to customers and internal teams, handling data entry, clerical work, records control, form creation, report preparation, order processing, and correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person to obtain information for waste profile approval, assisting with waste characterization and documentation according to facility, state, and federal regulations, maintaining customer profiles and contract filing systems, coordinating form completions and deposits, researching operational concerns, preparing reports and waste shipment summaries, handling manifests, processing memos and correspondence, reviewing billing adjustments, and performing other related duties as assigned.
