About the Role

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (development to close‑out) • Take responsibility for any project assignment regardless of size, visibility, discipline count, technical complexity, or staff number • Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently • Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders • Coordinate staffing and workload across the project life cycle to ensure on‑schedule delivery • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews • Implement QA/QC procedures • Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture • Professional registration • Experience on large‑scale health projects • Ability to lead a team and make client presentations • Knowledge of local and regional market • Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational, organizational and people skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel • Experience or interest in sustainable design / LEED • Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum 15 years related experience • At least 7 years of project management experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software • Ability to interact with various design teams; excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
