About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. Their daily duties involve assessing customers’ storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, inspecting storage units for inventory and readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Perform payment reminders and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Transport and lift items up to 35 lb; walk and stand in facilities up to 50% of the time, including outdoor work and climbing stairs. • Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, ensuring curb appeal.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb, spend up to half of the time walking around facilities—including outdoor areas, climbing stairs and opening large doors—and perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds to maintain curb appeal. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food, and must hold a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursement is provided).
