About the Role
• Service, install, and repair customer equipment. • Perform warranty work and start‑up services. • Conduct startup/commissioning across the Schneider product portfolio. • Test, calibrate, adjust, and replace components on customer products. • Construct and test circuits using computers, diagrams, and test instruments. • Provide technical support, product training, and on‑site audits. • Support Schneider equipment such as switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, BMS, PLCs, HMIs, drives, power monitors and protective relays. • Document site information in technical reports. • Analyze complex equipment problems, interpret manuals and isolate faults. • Assist in design modifications and provide installation support. • Develop and deliver training courseware to customers and service representatives. • Travel for training and job‑site support.

What You Bring
• Vocational education, military training, or transferable experience in electronics/electrical theory. • 3‑5+ years of mechanical/electrical/power‑distribution service experience with electronic component knowledge. • Experience writing reports and presenting information to managers, clients, and customers. • Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. • Skill in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. • Experience with testing, maintenance or upgrades of low/medium voltage switchgear, transformers, relay protection systems, and control systems. • Ability to interpret blueprints and various electrical drawings. • Capacity to lift service equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
