About the Role
The role serves as the on‑site project leader, overseeing design, installation, commissioning and close‑out of assigned projects while ensuring safety, compliance and profitability. It operates within a market‑region structure that supplies controls, mechanical, security, fire and HVAC support to customers across the SSNA portfolio. • Lead on‑site projects from planning through final close‑out • Manage hardware design, system programming, installation coordination and commissioning • Maintain project financials: control costs, generate billings and collect payments • Pursue additional work through change orders and warranty execution • Direct subcontractors, electricians, technicians and designers while ensuring regulatory compliance • Coordinate material procurement, vendor pricing and subcontractor payments • Perform system loading, verification, commissioning and produce as‑built documentation • Coach and mentor technicians and designers, providing technical assistance as needed • Communicate project status, revenue forecasts and gross margin to management • Deliver owner/operator training, documentation and warranty letters

What You Bring
• Technical associate’s degree with 4 years field experience (or 6 years equivalent) • Hands‑on experience with Access Control, Fire, Video or related system design and commissioning • Required licensing, certifications and ability to work independently • Strong computer skills; knowledge of project accounting and costing principles preferred
