About the Role

In this role you will work closely with distributors to grow sales, conduct regular Field Excellence Meetings, and provide on‑site coaching through truck‑ride‑alongs. You will also lead training initiatives for new franchisees, perform route surveys, manage regional credits, and represent the brand at events such as student tech shows. • Meet annual operating plan by increasing route averages and recruiting new distributors. • Lead Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) bi‑monthly and conduct 3‑4 day weekly truck‑ride‑along coaching sessions. • Provide two‑week initial training and ongoing support for new and existing distributors, including franchisee onboarding. • Perform route surveys, manage regional credits/adjustments, and represent the brand at student tech shows. • Recruit, coach, and mentor distributors, leveraging strong relationship‑building and business acumen.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a BA in business or a related field, has at least five years of route or field sales experience and two years of managing sales teams. Strong organizational, time‑management, and relationship‑building skills, knowledge of the local automotive repair market, and a proven track record in recruiting talent are essential.
