Job Highlights
About the Role
The Senior Division Order Associate owns complex division‑order, ownership, and lease‑data workflows across Fervo’s geothermal assets. Acting as the technical authority within the Land function, the role ensures land‑system accuracy, compliance readiness, and alignment with Title, Accounting, GIS, and Project teams. It is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position responsible for high‑priority assets, audits, system improvements, and cross‑functional coordination, without formal people‑management duties. • Manage complex division orders and ownership records per leases and contracts. • Ensure lease terms, critical dates, and ownership interests are accurately reflected in land systems (e.g., Quorum ODL/ODA). • Reconcile recorded documents and system entries to maintain data integrity; resolve discrepancies with Land and Title teams. • Track lease obligations (rentals, extensions, work commitments) and conduct compliance audits. • Support finance, diligence, and regulatory requests with accurate land and ownership documentation. • Partner with Accounting for revenue distribution, month‑end close, and internal controls. • Coordinate with GIS to align land data with spatial layers and leasehold maps. • Own end‑to‑end division order and lease administration workflows for assigned assets, including audits and system clean‑ups. • Design and improve SOPs to enhance scalability, data integrity, and audit readiness. • Provide subject‑matter expertise for land system configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
