About the Role

• Operate Distributor/Tack Truck to spray tack and prep surfaces for paving. • Drive and position Water Truck on the job site as required. • Train on and operate paving equipment such as skid steer and roller. • Assist behind the paver with shovel or asphalt rake when needed. • Maintain a dedicated focus on safe operations at all times. • Perform routine maintenance and daily cleaning of the distributor’s spray system. • Complete various labor tasks as part of the construction crew. • Work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match after one year of service.

The role supports paving crews on projects such as commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads, and interstate highways. Candidates must hold a valid CDL with a tanker endorsement and demonstrate an uncompromising focus on safety. • Hold a valid CDL with tanker endorsement. • Possess at least one year of asphalt paving experience (preferred). • Demonstrate teamwork and a safe driving record.
