About the Role
• Perform standardized assignments following defined procedures. • Conduct standardized tests, prepare specimens, and operate moderate-complexity testing equipment. • Record test data and provide observations and interpretations. • Execute fieldwork such as environmental sampling, operations, maintenance, and site inspections. • Assist with calculations, equipment setup, compliance inspections, and maintain project documentation. • Operate and maintain soil and groundwater remediation equipment.

What You Bring
The Environmental Technician III supports the Mechanicsburg Remediation team, delivering remediation system solutions across diverse projects. The technician must communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and site personnel, work independently and collaboratively, and rigorously apply safety and quality policies. Candidates need a high‑school diploma (or equivalent) and at least four years of relevant experience, including hands‑on work with soil and groundwater remediation equipment. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions are required, along with successful motor‑vehicle, drug, and medical screenings. Preferred qualifications include strong mechanical aptitude, current 40‑hour HazWOPER certification, and First Aid/CPR/AED credentials, as well as detailed field documentation skills. • Hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of related experience. • Possess a valid US driver’s license and pass motor‑vehicle, drug, and medical screenings. • Maintain strong mechanical aptitude and experience with remediation technologies. • Hold current 40‑hour HazWOPER, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
