About the Role

In this role you will oversee regional quality, drive compliance, and lead initiatives that improve product compliance, customer experience, risk management, continuous improvement, and cost of quality. You will champion a culture of Zero Defects and Right First Time while managing customer quality relationships and priority issues. You will also communicate high‑level concepts to senior leadership and foster cross‑functional collaboration. • Manage compliance to wing‑to‑wing quality standards and governance. • Drive project and process improvements to achieve Zero Defects and Right First Time. • Develop and execute vision and improvement strategy for Cordant Software and OTR. • Oversee customer quality relationships, priority issues, and satisfaction analysis. • Manage cost of quality, non‑conformance, risk, audit, and preventive approaches. • Communicate high‑level concepts to senior leadership and enable cross‑functional collaboration. • Coach, mentor, and develop peers and subordinates.

What You Bring

Success requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive experience in software development and quality, and strong oral and written communication skills. You must be a team player with leadership, cultural‑change, and coaching abilities, and hold (or be pursuing) Lean Six Sigma certification. Proven problem‑analysis, program management, and documentation skills are also essential. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven experience in software development, quality management, and customer interaction. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Leadership, interpersonal, and cultural‑change capabilities. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt) in progress or achieved. • Demonstrated problem‑analysis and resolution abilities. • Experience leading programs/projects and documenting, planning, and executing them.
