About the Role

• Build large, distributed, API‑driven systems for tens of thousands of users • Write robust, efficient, maintainable code using React, C#, .NET, AWS (DynamoDB/S3/Lambda), and SQL Server • Lead software design, set development standards, and conduct code reviews • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve CoStar’s platform and practices • Architect large‑scale, distributed, service‑oriented systems in an agile environment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit institution • 4+ years experience with React JS/JavaScript • 4+ years experience with C#, .NET Framework and Web API 2.0 • 3+ years experience with MS SQL Server or T‑SQL design and performance tuning • Data modeling expertise • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) • Advanced SQL querying and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) • Experience with RESTful web services
