About the Role
The engineer will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of client sites, delivering high‑quality service and responding to emergencies as the first line of support. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Diagnose faults and execute repairs to restore equipment functionality. • Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations. • Provide technical support and coordinate service delivery across multiple sites. • Liaise directly with customers to achieve outstanding service outcomes. • Mentor and support apprentices and junior engineers in the field.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a recognised M&E apprenticeship or qualification, have relevant maintenance experience, and possess a valid UK driving licence. • Hold required certifications such as 18th Edition, F‑Gas, and Test & Inspection. • Have previous experience in retail or commercial maintenance environments. • Maintain a valid UK driving licence and be available for on‑call duty (one week in four). • Work independently with strong problem‑solving abilities and proficient IT skills.
